Commission Policy

5% on leisure rentals and non-negotiated corporate rentals

Commission is paid on the lesser of reserved or rented Time and Mileage. "Time and Mileage" means the base rental rate only and does not include any taxes, surcharges, vehicle upgrades charges, additional driver charges, airport or airport facility fees, vehicle license and concession recoupment fees, young renter fees, fuel charges, damage waiver charges and fees for options products, whether purchased separately or included within the rental rate.

CASH-IN Club program

CASH-IN Club is a loyalty program for U.S. travel agents of which National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car are participants. As a CASH-IN Club member booking National, you'll not only be providing your clients with competitive rates and quality vehicles, you'll also earn points that can be redeemed for merchandise or popular gift cards.

The CASH-IN Club Program: A Closer Look
How exactly does the CASH-IN Club work? Here are the steps to put you on the path to points and more!

1. Enroll in CASH-IN Club. Click on enroll now and fill out the enrollment form online. Within minutes, an email will provide you with a personalized CASH-IN Club number and PIN number. Enroll Now.
2. Book qualified Alamo or National rentals. In the SI field, the letters CIC must precede your CASH-IN Club number. For example, input CIC12345. Inputting Z before your CASH-IN Club number will no longer be necessary or accepted.
3. CASH-IN Club points are deposited approximately 30 days after the rental is completed. Using the new CASH-IN Club booking format will allow for deposits to occur twice a month. NEW!
4. CASH-IN Club points can be redeemed for merchandise or popular gift cards. NEW!
