How To Obtain A Receipt

How can I obtain a copy of my receipt?

Request a copy of your receipt by selecting: "Email Us" on the Support Page

· When the e-mail screen opens you will be asked to supply as much of the rental information as possible:

· Complete the form and submit.

If you do not have email access you may contact:

Emerald Club E-Receipts can help you organize and track your travel expenses.


Update your Emerald Club profile to include that you would like E-Receipts and we will automatically email your receipts within 24 hours of each returned rental.

What is Emerald Club?

Emerald Club is the frequent renter program of National Car Rental in the US and Canada, that provides members with exclusive benefits and privileges that make renting faster, easier, and business travel more productive.

  • Upgrade to the next membership level - Emerald Club Executive - with only 12 rentals in a calendar year


Note: Emerald Club Membership is available in the US and Canada only. Free day credits earned cannot be used on International rentals nor can members bypass international counters. Frequent Flyer miles can be earned on qualifying rates.


Frequent Traveler Programs

Does National participate in any Frequent Traveler Programs?

 

National participates in the following Frequent Traveler Loyalty Programs:

 

  • Airmiles (10 per day; max 40 per rental) 
  • Alaska Airlines (50 miles per rental day)
  • American Airlines AAdvantage (50 miles per rental day)
  • China Eastern (800 base miles per qualifying rental)
  • Club Carlson (300 points per rental)
  • Delta Air Lines (50 miles per rental day)
  • Frontier Airlines (50 miles per day for 1-4 days)
  • Hawaiian Airlines - HawaiianMiles (50 miles per rental day)
  • Hilton Hotels - Hilton HHonors (250 points per qualifying rental)
  • Korean Airlines - (500 frequent flyer miles for every qualifying rental)
  • More Rewards- (100 points per day; 2000 points maximum)
  • Southwest Airlines - Rapid Rewards (600 points per qualifying rental)
  • US Airways - Dividend Miles (250 miles per rental)
  • Wyndham Rewards (50 Wyndham Rewards points per day (1-3 days); 500 Wyndham Rewards points per rental (4+ days)

National collects a Frequent Traveler Surcharge for qualifying rentals in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.

 

Exception: There is no surcharge for , Airmiles, American Airlines, China Eastern, Delta Airlines, and Korean Airlines.

This surcharge is being collected by National in order to offset the administrative and program costs arising from our participation in Frequent Traveler programs.

Remember to provide your Frequent Traveler Membership number when picking up your rental vehicle. Emerald Club members may include it in their profile.
