Discount applies only to the base rate charge (Time and Mileage) at the time of booking through this site (https://www.nationalcar.com/en/car-rental/business-program/affinity-association-programs/progressive-perkshare.html) and excludes applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, refueling, drop-off, youthful driver, and pick-up charges, and charges for optional products or services such as Damage Waiver, which are the responsibility of the Renter. Offer is available at participating locations worldwide. Discount is valid for rentals completed on or before 12/31/19. Discount applies to vehicles reserved in advance. Maximum rental length is thirty (30) days. Rental rates and additional charges vary by location. Other restrictions, including holiday and blackout dates, may apply. Renter and any additional driver(s) must meet normal rental qualifications including but not limited to any license, age and credit card requirements in the country of rental. Age qualifications vary by country and in some countries you will need to be 25 years of age or older to rent an A to F class vehicle, mini MPV or any van, and 30 years or older to rent other vehicles. Additional restrictions and surcharges may apply for renters under 25 years old. Additional mandatory charges may be imposed, including, but not limited to, a customer facility charge, airport concession fee, tourism commission assessment, vehicle license recovery fee, or other government-imposed taxes or fees.
National Car Rental reserves the right to terminate the offer or change the terms at any time. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount or special rate and cannot be applied to previous or existing reservations or rentals. It is your responsibility to verify if your auto insurance policy or credit card agreement covers rental vehicles. Offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking. Non-transferrable. Void where prohibited.
