For each authorized additional driver a charge of EUR 4.00 per day excluding VAT will be applied. Full rental conditions apply to all additional drivers.
All car groups can be driven by customers aged 21 years and above. A young driver fee in the amount of 6.15 EUR including VAT will apply for drivers aged between 21-24 and on the condition they possess a driving license minimum 1 year for car groups - Mini, Economy, Compact, and minimum 2 years for car groups: Intermediate, and Full size.
For groups Standard Van, and Premium, a young driver fee in the amount of 6.15 EUR including VAT will apply for drivers aged between 21-24 and on the condition they possess a driving license minimum 2 years.
Vehicles can be driven in all European countries except Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. A surcharge of 61.50 EUR will apply for all cross border travels. Prior authorization to leave the country with the vehicle is not required. Driving the vehicle in another country without prior notification upon pick-up of the vehicle will incur in a charge of 61.50 EUR.
Collision Damage Waiver/Theft Protection (CDWTP) covers the renter in cases of damage and/or theft and attempted theft of the rental vehicle with the customer's liability limited to the applicable excess amount. If CDWTP is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. If purchased or included in the reservation, the car categories Mini and Economy have an excess amount of 400.00 EUR. Compact and Intermediate vehicles have an excess of 800.00 EUR, Large SUVs have a 1000.00 EUR excess and Passenger Vans and Premiums have a 1400.00 EUR excess. Before purchasing CDWTP it is advised to determine, if a personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDWTP is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDWTP is not insurance.

All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as pick-up will be subject to a one-way fee. Domestic and international one-way rentals are permitted to selected locations and must be pre-booked or authorized at the time of pick-up. The one-way fee varies based on car category, location and pick up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route and car category.
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. The customer must pay for the missing fuel at the end of the rental. It is the customer's responsibility to refuel with the correct fuel type. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, a refueling charge in the amount of 2.00 EUR per liter plus VAT will occur. Fuel prices are subject to change at any time.
Information regarding cross border has to be sent to National together with reservation or the renter must advise that the vehicle will be taken across an international border at the time of rental. The cost of cross border is 61.50 EUR per rental including VAT. Cars are permitted to travel into all European countries with the exception of: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. In order to arrange this type of travel please call the rental location. There is no minimum length of rental.
Collision Damage Waiver/Super Collision Damage Waiver/Theft Protection Plus is a package of insurance products for customers who do not have basic Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection - CDWTP - included in their rates and exempts the customer from financial liability in cases of theft and/or damage to the rental vehicle. This coverage excludes fire damage cover but includes cover for damages to windshields, tires and/or rims, mirrors, undercarriage (including muffler and oil sump), interior (including boot), registration plates, wipers and car aerial.
All major credit cards are accepted. Debit cards and cash payments are not accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. For the car categories Mini to Intermediate a deposit of 400.00 EUR is required. Passenger Vans, SUVs and Premiums require a deposit of 650.00 EUR.
All information for the roadside provider is listed on the rental contract. Roadside assistance is available 24-7.
In case of damage, accident or damaged - lost keys a tow truck from the insurance company is called. If the customer cannot continue his trip with the rented car a replacement will be provided. A phone number of the insurance company 24-7 is given to the customer with the car documents. No fees are charged for roadside assistance in the case of damage or accident. If the customer damages-loses the car keys and in cases of driver negligence or violation of the rental agreement the rental car company will charge the customer for all costs.
In the case of the loss of car documentation, renters will be charged with the contractual penalty to the amount of 100 PLN -incl VAT and for the loss of the vehicle keys the penalty will range between 1000-3000 PLN - excl VAT.
All drivers - primary renter and additional driver's must produce a valid driving license with a minimum validity of 1 year. All citizens from EU, EEA member states and countries with international bilateral agreements - Republic of Korea and Japan are allowed to use their driving license issued by their country of origin within Polish territory at all times.
Customers from USA, Canada and Australia should have a valid International Driving License - International Driving Permit - IDP issued by their country of origin.
Citizens of the Republic of China are obliged to submit their driving license at the Citizens Affairs Department to be authorized by a public notary and be translated by a sworn translator in order to obtain a Polish equivalent.
In addition to valid driving license, the primary renter must present a valid credit card in their own name.
Supplementary Liability Protection - Third Party Liability is included in the rate and provides cover up to Euro 5,210,000 for bodily injury and or death to third parties and up to EUR 1,050,000 for damage to third party property.
