Can I still rent with Enterprise?

Yes, you still can rent with Enterprise in addition to being able to rent at National locations. To reserve with Enterprise, please call the Executive Travel Desk at 1-800-777-5050, Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.–5 p.m Central.

What if I have an existing reservation using my Signature number?

For existing reservations, there will be no change. Your reservation will be with Enterprise using your Signature account. For all new reservations, you will use your new Emerald Club VIP number. If you would like to switch the reservation to National, the Executive Travel Desk will be glad to make a new reservation.

How do I update the information on my profile?

  • Sign in with your username and password.
  • Click on your name, and then select “Profile.”
  • Make your updates.

How do I create a username and password?

Will my profile information be used for my Enterprise and National reservations and rentals?

Yes, the information on your profile, such as your Emerald Club VIP number, will be used on both Enterprise and National reservations and rentals.

What are rental preferences on my profile?

Rental preferences include your car rental protections and whether you want options, such as GPS or fuel service, on your rentals. When you select these preferences on your profile, they will be applied automatically to your rentals, making the reservation and rental process quick and easy.

What are the Emerald Club VIP benefits?

How do I make a reservation?

To make a National reservation:

  • Log in at nationalcar.com and make your reservation online. You will be prompted to enter your flight information to receive Meet and Greet service.

To make an Enterprise reservation:

  • Call the Executive Travel Desk at 1-800-777-5050, Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.–5 p.m Central.

Can my spouse use my Emerald Club membership?

No, each person must enroll and have an individual Emerald Club account and number. As a benefit of your Emerald Club VIP membership, your spouse is invited to join Emerald Club at the VIP tier. Please reach out to the Executive Travel Desk at 1-800-777-5050, Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.–5 p.m Central.

How do I earn free days and where can I redeem them?

You will receive one rental credit for each Eligible Vehicle Rental of up to seven (7) consecutive days. For Eligible Vehicle Rentals longer than seven (7) consecutive days, you will receive one additional rental credit for every four (4) additional consecutive days. Rental credits will be issued at the completion of each Eligible Vehicle Rental and electronically stored in your Emerald Club account.

Where do I receive VIP services?

VIP services are available at participating National and Enterprise locations in the U.S. and Canada as well as at participating National locations in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Should I still use the Signature Line (877-725-2771) for my reservation needs?

No, when making a reservation, please call the Executive Travel Desk at 1-800-777-5050, Monday– Friday 7 a.m.–6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.–5 p.m Central.

Can the Executive Travel Desk update my profile information?

The Executive Travel Desk can make updates to your address, email address, phone number and driver’s license expiration date. Only you can update your rental preferences, driver’s license information (other than expiration date) and credit card information (including expiration date). To do so, please log in at nationalcar.com.
