Additional driver fee is 4.20 EUR per day with a maximum charge of 42.00 EUR per rental. Rental conditions apply to all additional drivers. All fees quoted are inclusive of VAT.

Se permiten devoluciones fuera del horario de atención (de 10:00 p. m. a 8:00 a. m.) sin cargo en la oficina del aeropuerto. El cliente debe estacionar el auto en cualquier espacio vacío en el estacionamiento de National y devolver las llaves del vehículo en el buzón de devolución, que se encuentra en el área del mostrador. Todos los documentos del vehículo (incluida la tarjeta de acceso al estacionamiento) deben dejarse en el buzón de devolución. Después de la inspección del vehículo en la mañana, un representante nacional se pondrá en contacto contigo para informarte sobre el resultado de la inspección del vehículo.

La edad mínima para conducir cualquier vehículo es de 21 años. No existe un límite máximo de edad de alquiler. No se aplican tarifas adicionales a los conductores jóvenes.

Out of country (Cross Border) rentals are allowed to certain countries outside of Bulgaria. Out of country rentals require prior approval (at least 5 working days prior to the pick-up date) and are charged at an extra 120EUR per rental.

Out of country rentals are allowed only into following Countries: Albania, Bosnia, Greece, Germany, Moldova, Montenegro, Austria, Croatia, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Czech Republic, North Macedonia, Hungary, and Switzerland.

Out of country rentals are not allowed to countries that are not listed above.

Process and publication of green card (cross border third party insurance): The minimum time of publication of a green card is 5 working days. The green card covers the rented vehicle with basic insurance (T.P.I.) as long as it remains in the borders of the country for which it is issued. Roadside assistance - car replacement is available while driving to the above listed countries except Albania, Bosnia, Moldova and Montenegro.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces the deductible in the event of damage of the vehicle.

If CDW is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. The standard deductible is 720 EUR for the vehicle categories Mini and Economy, 1200 EUR for Compact, Intermediate and Standard cars, and 1800 EUR for Full Size cars. The deductible will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged, lost, not returned.

Before purchasing CDW it is advised to determine if personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage, or impound fees. If CDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDW is not insurance.

También está permitido realizar alquileres unidireccionales internacionales, previa solicitud y en determinadas oficinas. Se aplica una tarifa por devolución. Esta tarifa varía dependiendo de la ruta unidireccional y la oficina de devolución. Refueling policy- customers must return the car with a full tank or the same amount of fuel in the rental vehicle at time of pickup or refueling charges will apply. Unleaded-diesel - 3.00 EUR per litre, including VAT.
 

Durante la temporada de invierno, todos los vehículos de alquiler están equipados con neumáticos de invierno de acuerdo con las leyes de tránsito locales. Todas las tarifas incluyen neumáticos de invierno. 

Visa, American Express, Eurocard and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle. The security deposit for Mini and Economy car groups is 360EUR, for Compact, Intermediate and Standard car groups is 600EUR and for Full Size car groups is 1080EUR. All amounts mentioned are including VAT. Debit cards, cash cards and cash are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products, but not for the security deposit block. CUANDO SE LLEVA EL VEHÍCULO AL EXTERIOR Y SE SUFRE UNA FALLA MECÁNICA U OTRO PROBLEMA, INCLUSO UN ACCIDENTE, LOS GASTOS DEL TRANSPORTE Y LA RECUPERACIÓN DEL VEHÍCULO DE ALQUILER SERÁN RESPONSABILIDAD FINANCIERA DEL CLIENTE. EN CASO DE ACCIDENTE, EL CLIENTE TIENE LA OBLIGACIÓN DE ENVIAR UNA COPIA DE LOS DOCUMENTOS POLICIALES EN UN PLAZO DE 24 HORAS A LA SUCURSAL DE ALQUILER. SE DEBE PRESENTAR LA COPIA ORIGINAL DEL INFORME POLICIAL. CUANDO SE DEVUELVE UN VEHÍCULO DAÑADO SIN EL INFORME POLICIAL, TODOS LOS GASTOS SE COBRARÁN AL ARRENDATARIO.

Todos los conductores deben presentar una licencia de conducir válida y una tarjeta de identidad o un pasaporte válidos. Ten en cuenta que nos reservamos el derecho de solicitar una identificación adicional o llevar a cabo verificaciones de identificación adicionales si es necesario, las cuales pueden incluir una verificación de identidad con una organización externa.
